Your Devil-Angel Conversation: You didn’t sleep well and you have some soreness still from kinking your back. You don’t want to hurt it again and not be able to work today. You also have to be able to walk Ralph (I’m dog sitting) You can do some gentle movements until your body warms up and stretch a bit afterwards to get the blood flowing which would even help your back heal faster and not hurt as much as just going right into a brisk walk. That’s actually a good plan! Let’s do that!
