Your Devil-Angel Conversation: Notes above. Haven't actually been doing any flexibility workouts except Tuesday of last week when I could attend the live call and the day after (remembered to stretch at the office). The Devil's argument is typically "I don't wanna" or "I don't want to take away from what I'm doing." My Angel focuses on my goal of wanting more movement in my day, feeling like I badly need to move more, or on how good I'll feel afterwards.
