Your Devil-Angel Conversation: I started to think about the new intentional movement, and how to incorporate that when working with stretching or jumping jacks as i get up from my desk... then i felt silly. it is as thought i insult myself for thinking going little thinks will help me get somewhere. interesting reality that i know little things add up, but i talk myself out of them because... do they? i have time for stretching... i dont have 45 mins for a work out.. so how do i make myself want to do the stretching or push ups or jumping jacks. i know i wont hurt myself in my core, but my brain tells me i will. i do a lot of talking myself out of things
