How many times you decide not to move: I had to continue to remind me to use the stairs as I was in a rush. I had to continously remind myself to go for a walk even though I would make myself feel obligated to sit like my colleagues and work at the computer. I have been feeling a little guilty for walking and taking regular breaks to keep my mind agile and my body intune
Your Devil-Angel Conversation: Steps: 6294 I have managed to continue to catch steps as I can. I am using every step counts as a means to motivate and get the fresh air I need. Bitterly cold outside doesnt mean I cannot walk and keep moving. Stretching first thing in the morning is helping my abilities. Having alkagizer also provides me with more energy.
